Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns however if you received an incorrect item or a broken item please contact us so we can issue a refund or replacement. Damaged/Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, please use the contact us page or send us an email at email@example.com referencing your order number, you will also need to provide a photo showing damage.
Our Turn Around Time will always be displayed at the top of our home page depending on the volume of orders we have/anticipate. Normal TAT is 5-7 days but during new releases will more than likely be extended. Our TAT window will start on regular orders at the time of your order but on preorders it will start at the end of the preorder period.
We ship daily with USPS but on larger orders of 75 or more bottles we may use UPS under our free shipping option.
We are not responsible for lost packages, if you would like to add insurance beyond the Priority mail provided insurance please let us know.
